New Ulm Country Club is the perfect venue to host your very special day.
Surrounded by Flandrau State Park and perched atop the bluffs of the Cottonwood River, you will have one of the most beautiful and picturesque backdrops in New Ulm for your special day.
We can accommodate small or large groups with a variety of services. Our Fireplace and Riverview rooms seat up to 225 people comfortably. The Fireplace room has been decorated with soft colors ready to be enhanced with your personal touch and decadent food for your event.

We chose NUCC as our venue for our ceremony and reception because we loved how grounded and intentional the spaces felt. Trisha and the team were very responsive and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. NUCC was accommodating with our venue access for set-up & tear-down, our wedding day ran smoothly, the bar lines during cocktail hour were well-managed, and our plated dinner service was very efficient. We are so glad we chose NUCC for our day!

We used the New Ulm Country Club for our wedding reception on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Trisha Homan was our point of contact. We are elated with our decision to choose the NUCC! Trisha was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to making decisions on room setup and decorations. She was timely and prompt with all communication, from months out to the day of and the days to follow. We were able to start setting up the night before, which was great! We also used the NUCC for first look photos the morning of the wedding. The staff was great to work with when building our wedding menu. Needless to say, the food on our wedding day was great! The staff was also willing to help us with small final touches for our snack table and with refills. Trisha was reliable and extremely accommodating when concerns and problems arose. We had issues with the Bluetooth sound system at the start of our dance, but that was resolved quickly, and our night went on smoothly afterwards. We were able to tear down and clean up the day after the wedding, saving us time and stress the day of. Overall, we are so thankful for everyone at the NUCC and blessed beyond measure to have our wedding reception here!
